Barbera 70% – Cabernet Sauvignon 30%

WINEMAKING:
The harvest takes place on a careful selection of grapes.
After the press-destemming, the must is left to ferment
with the skins at a controlled temperature for 15-20 days,
during which more replacements are performed. At the end
of alcohol fermentation the racking is carried out.
Aged for 12 months in tonneau.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Deep ruby ​​red color, it has intense and elegant bouquet with
hints of red berries, plum in addition spices and herbal notes.
To the palate it shows good structure, good balance
and elegance, a great softness.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.

COMBINATIONS:
It combines well with red meat, game and aged cheeses.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20°C

STORAGE: In a cool and dry place for 36-48 months.

FORMATS: 0,75 l. This wine is produced only in the best vintages.
