Moscato 100% (20% Fior d’Arancio variety)
The selected grapes are picked by hand and placed in a box
where they wither naturally for about two months.
The pressing is carried out in a very slow and soft manner
after the ginning and the manual selection of the grapes.
After this, the fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature
and aging of the wine for about 12 months.
Gold in colour, it has an intense aroma with hints of peach
and ripe apricot. To the palate it is harmonious, soft and enveloping.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.
A meditation wine, it pleasantly accompanies
blue cheeses and dry pastries.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12-14°C
STORAGE: In a cool and dry place for 24 months.
FORMATS: 0,375 l.
This wine is produced only in the best years.
