VINIFICATION:
Following careful selection, the grapes undergo light pressing. The must is then fermented in temperature-controlled vats. In the spring, it is bottled and undergoes a secondary fermentation with the addition of yeasts.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Misty straw yellow. To the nose it is fresh and fragrant, with notes of white-fleshed fruits, white pepper and floral notes. On the palate it is light, refreshing and characterized by a pleasant perlage that enhances the aftertaste of bitter almonds.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.

PAIRINGS:
Ideal as an aperitif, excellent to accompany hors d’oeuvres and light entrées.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6°-8°C

STORAGE: In a cool dry place for 12-16 months.
