WINEMAKING:
After a careful selection of grapes and press-destemming,
the must is left to ferment with the skins at a controlled
temperature for 15-20 days, during which more replacements
are performed. At the end of alcohol fermentation the racking is carried out.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Garnet red in colour, it has intense, persistent and vinous
bouquet with hints of fruit compote and wild berries.
To the palate it is well-balanced in tannins with good
structure and persistence.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.

COMBINATIONS:
It combines well with meat-based dishes like ravioli
and braised meat. Excellent with medium-matured cheeses.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18°-20°C

STORAGE: In a cool and dry place for 20-24 months.
