Barbera 90% – Cabernet Sauvignon 5% – Croatina 5%

WINEMAKING:
After careful selection of the grapes and the press-destemming, the must is left to ferment with the skins at a controlled temperature for 10-15 days, during which more replacements are performed. At the end of alcohol fermentation the racking is carried out.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Intense garnet red in colour, it has a vinous, clean and persistent bouquet. To the palate it is full, dry and well-structured.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5% vol.

COMBINATIONS:
It well accompanies dishes of the Oltrepo area such as cured meats and roasts.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18°-20°C

STORAGE: In a cool and dry place for 18 months.

FORMATS: 0,75 l – 1,5 l – Loose.
