Still red wine
The harvest takes place after careful selection of the grapes. Following crush-destemming, the must is fermented on the skins in temperature-controlled vats for 8-10 days, with repeated pumping over. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked.
Ruby red in colour with nuances of plum, it has an intense aroma With hints of red fruits. To the palate, the wine is very fresh and easy-drinking. Soft, with good tannins.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5% vol.
Extremely versatile and immediate. It can create beautiful food & wine matchings. It is an excellent companion to informal meals. It goes very well with a variety of meat dishes, and aged cheese.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C
STORAGE: In cool and dry place for 18-20 months.
