VINIFICATION:
The grapes are carefully selected during harvest. Following soft pressing,the must is fermented in contact with the skins, for a total of approximately 10 days.In spring, the wine is bottled following a very delicate filtration to preserve as much as possible the aromatic profile and freshness achieved during the process of skin-contact maceration.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Bright amber yellow in colour. To the nose the wine is fresh and fragrant, with notes of yellow fruit, plus intriguing spicy nuances of ginger and elderflower aromas. To the palate,it is medium-bodied, fresh, characterised by a delicate tannicity givingeven more character and structure to its elegant dry mineral finish.

ALCOHOL CONTENT:12,5% vol.

PAIRINGS:
This wine is incredibly versatile when it comes to food matchings. Excellent withstarters and risottos. It is also a great companion to white meat dishes and medium-aged cheeses.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:12°-14° C.

STORAGE:
In a cool and dry place for 18-24 months after bottling.
