WINEMAKING:
After a careful selection, the grapes undergo a soft pressing. The must obtained is fermented at a controlled temperature.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Pale straw yellow in colour, it has an intense and wide bouquet with floral notes and pleasant hints of exotic fruits. For the palate it is fine, fresh, long-lasting and pleasing soft.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.

COMBINATIONS:
Ideal as an aperitif, it is perfect with daily meals. Excellent with white meat and fish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°-10°C

STORAGE: In a cool and dry place for 18 months.

FORMATS: 0,75 l – Loose.
