WINEMAKING:
The harvest is done with careful selection of the grapes.
After the soft pressing, the must is left to ferment
at a controlled temperature.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
With a straw yellow colour, it has a fine aroma with strong
aromatic notes, it leaves a soft, aromatic and persistent taste on the palate.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.

COMBINATIONS:
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with delicate
appetizers and first courses dishes based on vegetables and fish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C

STORAGE: In cool and dry place for 18-20 months.

FORMATS: 0,75 l. This wine is produced only in the best vintages.
