Sparkling Wine Brut Classic Method

The carefully selected grapes are harvested in the last ten days of August. After a soft pressing, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature. Bottling and secondary fermentation with yeast addition occur in Spring. After at least 24 months in stack on these yeasts, disgorging and final corking occur. The sparkling wine is then left to rest for a few months before sale.
Pale yellow in colour, it has fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is ample, with hints of bread crusts and exotic fruits. To the palate it is harmonious, fresh, elegant and with good acidity.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.
Excellent as an aperitif and goes well with all the dishes.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6°-8°C
STORAGE: In a cool and dry place for 16-20 months after disgorging.
FORMATS: 0,75 l – 1,5 l This wine is produced only in the best years.
