VINIFICATION:
After careful selection, the grapes undergo a soft pressing. The must obtained is then fermented at a controlled temperature.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Pale straw yellow in colour, it has an intense and ample bouquet with floral notes and pleasant hints of fruits. To the palate, the wine is very fresh and easy-drinking. Good length, with a pleasant soft finish.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5% vol.

PAIRINGS:
Extremely versatile and immediate. It can create beautiful food & wine matchings. It is an excellent companion to informal meals. It goes very well with a variety of fish dishes, and vegetarian cuisine.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C

STORAGE: In cool and dry place for 18-20 months.
